Hampstead Group Practice is launching a new service called the Hampstead Family Information and Support Service (HFISS), in partnership with Elfrida Rathbone Camden.

Who is it for?

This service is available to all families with children and young people aged 0-19 years that are registered patients at the practice.

What is it for?

The aim of the service is to help to improve family life through providing information and support. The worker will provide information on free services and activities going on in the local area. The worker will also provide support for parents / carers, children and young people by working with you as a family to address issues or needs that are affecting you.

What family services are there at the practice?

Initial Advice Session

The worker will meet with you to find out what help you need and identify local organisations, services and activities that can help.

One-to-one Support Sessions

The worker will provide up to 6 sessions of support through oneto- one sessions with children, young people and their families at your home or at the GP practice.

Information Talks

Local charities and other services will come to the practice to tell you about topics that are of interest, from benefits advice, drug awareness, to managing special educational needs. Look out in the surgery for dates and times.
