Health Advocacy Project
A team of nine health advocates with learning disabilities have been trained to support their peers' health needs.

The health advocates are currently searching for service users with learning disabilities, who may need support with preparing for and attending their health appointments.
The health advocates are trained to support people with learning disabilities with their health visits, so this could be to the GP's, Hospitals, Dentists, Opticians, and to many other health related appointments. The service is available to all Camden residents and the service is completely FREE!
