The 7 O’Clock Club is a youth club which runs for three nights a week catering for young people aged thirteen to twenty five with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

Tuesday night is ‘club night’. Members organise activities like pool, music, art and games. Tutors come in to demonstrate activities members are interested in like photography, music or poetry writing. Discussion and information evenings on topics like sexism, racism, drug and alcohol abuse also take place on Tuesdays.

Wednesday nights are a mix of in-club and out-and-about activities and are aimed at younger members. Club members decide themselves what they would like to do and when.

Thursday night is ‘going out night’, to places like the cinema, ten pin bowling, abseiling, meals out, snooker hall, Beautiful Octopus Disco and the Talacre Sports Centre.
