Elfrida Rathbone Camden has secured further funding for our keynote multidisciplinary family support service delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice Camden. We are seeking to fill three posts for this innovative and exciting project.  Please read about the vacancies below to find out more.

Family Support Service Manager (35 hrs/week; 12 months)

The Family Support Service manager will lead and coordinate ERC’s projects and staff which help local families with multiple problems. As well as our National Lottery Funded Support Service the postholder will oversee our work with families affected by HS2 development work and our delivery of structured parenting programmes.  The manager will create strong working relationships with a range of agencies to ensure provision of high-quality support to families and  to support the development and sustainability of ERC family support services.

Family Development Worker (35 hrs/week; 12 months)

The Family Support Worker will provide direct hands on support to families who have multiple needs and who are not accessing services and support to help them increase their resilience and become part of a more connected community. They will also act as a keyworker and where appropriate as Lead Professional for children and their families with multiple and complex needs. Members of the Family Support Service will also facilitate, lead or support skills-building groups for parents, children and young people

Community Connectors’ Project Worker (21 hrs/week; 12 months)

The Community Connectors’ Project Worker will be responsible for recruiting and supporting parents who want to act as Community Connector volunteers. These parents will support other families who need help to participate in community activities, access services and increase their resilience
