Elfrida Rathbone Camden is a charity which provides a range of free services to people with learning difficulties, disabilities and families under stress.

Projects include Parents & Co, a project for families under stress offering home visiting and parent support groups; the SEN Advocacy Service which offers support and advice on educational issues to families who have a child who has been excluded from school or who has special educational needs; the Leighton Project, working with young disabled people; the 7 O'Clock Club, an integrated youth club for 13-25 year olds with learning or physical disabilities.
